We are looking for people who meet the below essential criteria:
- Have obtained at minimum Level 2 ECB coaching qualification
- Previous experience of delivering high quality coaching
- Strong communication and verbal skills and a natural ability to motivate and influence a diverse range of people including groups and individuals
- An understanding and experience of delivering coaching within an equity, diversity and inclusion framework.
- An understanding of safeguarding and health & safety relevant to the needs of the role

- A good understanding and knowledge of the YCCC Pathway
- Previous experience of working with various age groups
- Previous experience of involvement with YCCC summer pathways
- Previous experience of working across both boys and girls pathways
