Casual Coach - YCCL

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and skilled cricket coach to join Yorkshire County Cricket Limited (YCCL). Working alongside other coaches, you will assist with the delivery of commercial coaching activities.

This role include:

• Working closely with our coaches to deliver high quality coaching sessions
• Ensure coaching aligns with the goals and aims of YCCL and the relevant programme
• Provide detailed and knowledgeable insights through various coaching methods to aid development of players
• Deliver coaching in a variety of settings such as group coaching and 1-1 sessions

• Have obtained at minimum Level 2 ECB coaching qualification
• Previous experience of delivering high quality coaching to a variety of age groups
• Strong communication and verbal skills and a natural ability to motivate and influence a diverse range of people including groups and individuals
• An understanding and experience of delivering coaching within an equity, diversity and inclusion framework.
• An understanding of safeguarding and health & safety relevant to the needs of the role

Due to this role being in regulated activity, the post holder will be required to undertake an ECB Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check; it is a criminal offence for a barred person to attempt to engage with vulnerable groups. The possession of a criminal record will not necessarily prevent an applicant from obtaining this post, as all cases are judged individually according to the nature of the role and information provided.
