Description

Valentia Partners recruits ambitious and driven individuals who share our commitment to support our clients’ most compelling challenges. We are always looking for talented, motivated individuals, and actively look to hire people who will one day lead our firm. For nearly fifteen years we have delivered projects tackling our clients’ most complex and business-critical issues.

Clients choose Valentia for our straightforward approach to consulting, deep industry knowledge, and relentless delivery focus. We work with clients across the Financial Services sector, who range from Retail and Institutional Banks, Wealth and Asset Managers, to Fintech and Cryptocurrency Exchanges. We work across Business Advisory, Technology Consulting, and Transformation Delivery. Some of our recent projects include design and proof-of-concept of a Fintech cloud platform, US Retail Banking proposition development, and re- design and delivery of a Treasury function.

We do not believe in a specific model for the candidates that join Valentia. Our people have broad interests, and equally broad academic backgrounds including geography, foreign languages, computer science, and architecture. This brings varied perspective across our teams and enhances our delivery capabilities.

However, it is not all work and no play! Valentia value team activities and regularly organise social events to bring the team together and chill out. Socials have included an escape room, ziplining, a wine tour, watching the rowing at Henley and of course plenty of team dinners!
