Key Responsabilites
Programme & Project Leadership
• Lead the planning, implementation, and delivery of complex projects within the insurance and financial services sectors.
• Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and Marionete stakeholders.
• Build, implement, and manage appropriate project governance structures.
• Drive project outcomes across the full lifecycle: analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment/go-live.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions with proactive mitigation strategies.
• Provide clear, concise reporting to client stakeholders and Marionete senior management.
Agile Evangelism & Mentorship
• Champion Lean-Agile and Scrum/Kanban methodologies, promoting best practices both internally and with clients.
• Mentor teams in Agile principles, helping them achieve sustainable delivery velocities.
• Support Product Owners and technical teams in backlog refinement, milestone planning, and removing impediments.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaborative problem-solving.
Stakeholder & Client Management
• Establish and nurture strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for project and account management.
• Ensure delivery aligns with client goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with Marionete’s Business Development and Finance teams to support account growth and maintain profitability.
• Represent Marionete at client sites, demonstrating professionalism and consultancy expertise.
Consultancy Obligations
• Evangelise Marionete’s Ways of Working to promote efficient and successful project delivery.
• Contribute to client pitches, proposals, and the expansion of Marionete’s footprint within existing and new accounts.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of client needs to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
