1. About Us

Veran Performance is a transformation consultancy that specialises in enhancing back-office functions to provide better service to business users, boosting organisational productivity, and ultimately benefiting customers. Each organisation’s transformation journey is unique, often involving technology elements such as ERP, automation, service enablement, or AI. Veran Performance stands out by being technology-agnostic, enabling our consultants to support clients in exploring a wide range of technology options as they transform their overall service.

We are looking to bring on board individuals who are passionate about:

· People-centric transformation

· HR, Payroll and Finance process improvement

· Cloud technology enablement

· Driving user adoption and behavioural change

2. About the Role

You will support our clients by:

  • Designing and leading end-to-end training management for large-scale ERP programmes, including developing training strategies, completing training needs analysis, designing role-based curriculums and developing engaging training materials for diverse stakeholder groups
  • Recommending training solutions that fit the needs of organisations and their people
  • Building and managing super-user and train-the-trainer networks, and coordinating training delivery (classroom, virtual, and LMS-based) to ensure business readiness ahead of go-live
  • Aligning training and business readiness plans with programme cutover, hypercare and post-go-live support activities
  • Acting as the first point of escalation for client-side challenges, navigating sensitive situations with confidence and professionalism
  • Collaborating closely with Veran colleagues to ensure successful outcomes for both the client and our team

3. About You

  • Whether gained in-house or through client-facing roles, you’ve successfully led training within large scale change initiatives and understand what it takes to successfully build adoption in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • You have a track record of conducting training needs analysis (TNA), designing role-based training curricula, and developing blended training materials (e.g. quick reference guides, e-learning, simulations) for large, multi-stakeholder populations
  • You have experience building and running super-user and train-the-trainer models, and coordinating training delivery across geographies and business functions
  • You have used Articulate (or other e-learning tools) to design and develop engaging learning content, including interactive e-learning, simulations and assessments
  • You can successfully align training plans with cutover, data migration, and hypercare milestones, and to measure training effectiveness and readiness ahead of go-live
  • You can integrate the training workstream within a broader change management and business readiness plan, rather than running it in isolation
  • You bring an understanding of HR and Finance functions
  • You are confident managing senior client relationships and acting as a trusted escalation point
  • You simplify complexity, tell compelling stories and inspire action
  • You can tailor your message to different audiences, including senior stakeholders, both in writing and in person.
  • You’re comfortable working at speed, managing multiple priorities and teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
  • You have strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and lead resolutions
  • You seek out opportunities to learn, apply new insights and support others to do the same
