1. About Us

Veran Performance is a transformation consultancy that specialises in enhancing back-office functions to provide better service to business users, boosting organisational productivity, and ultimately benefiting customers. Each organisation’s transformation journey is unique, often involving technology elements such as ERP, automation, service enablement, or AI. Veran Performance stands out by being technology-agnostic, enabling our consultants to support clients in exploring a wide range of technology options as they transform their overall service.

We are looking to bring on board individuals who are passionate about:

· People-centric transformation

· HR, Payroll and Finance process improvement

· Cloud technology enablement

· Driving user adoption and behavioural change

At Veran Performance, we help organisations transform how they work - across HR, Finance, and Procurement - by delivering people centric change. We're looking for a dynamic Change Management Consultant to join our team and support clients through every stage of transformation: from building the case for change to implementing new operating and service delivery models, optimising ways of working and introducing new technologies.

2. About the Role

You will support our clients by:

  • Using Veran’s change toolkit - based on Prosci’s Change Methodology e.g.ADKAR - to manage organisations through each stage of their transformation, from planning through to delivery and optimisation
  • Managing all aspects of organisational change from changes in culture, supporting the transition to a new operating model and the adoption of new tools and technology
  • Leading the development of change strategies and approaches, tailored to the client and their transformation goals
  • Strong understanding of benefits realisation, value management and transformation governance.
  • Ensuring the desired benefits of change are clearly defined, measurable, and embedded through change action planning, communications, and training
  • Overseeing the delivery of change activities, ensuring consistency and quality and stakeholder engagement
  • Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships to drive strategic clarity and consistency across transformation efforts
  • Facilitating senior stakeholder workshops and meetings, ensuring outcomes are clear, actions are tracked, and decisions are made
  • Acting as the first point of escalation for client-side challenges, navigating sensitive situations with confidence and professionalism
  • Coaching leaders and managers to embed change management practices and serve as role models for desired cultural shifts
  • Designing and delivering training and capability-building plans to equip people with the skills and knowledge needed to operate effectively under the new operating and service delivery models
  • Collaborating closely with Veran colleagues to ensure successful outcomes for both the client and our team

You will support Veran and our change community by:

  • Managing others with transparency and integrity, creating a culture of trust and accountability
  • Supporting the development of team members through coaching, feedback, and performance conversations
  • Contributing to resource planning, team development, and internal capability building across the change community
  • Collaborating across Veran communities to support broader delivery needs and cross-community initiatives
  • Supporting the growth of the Veran brand through collaboration, thought leadership, and knowledge sharing

3. About You

  • Whether gained in-house or through client-facing roles, you’ve successfully led large scale change initiatives, particularly changes in Operating and Service Delivery Models and understand what it takes to successfully embed change in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • You are familiar with Prosci or other structured change methodologies
  • You bring proven experience of managing complex change in unionised environments
  • Comfortable working alongside organisational design and HR colleagues on role and structural change
  • You are confident managing senior client relationships and acting as a trusted escalation point
  • You have a strategic mindset with the ability to balance detail and big-picture thinking
  • You have a collaborative and transparent leadership style that builds trust
  • You simplify complexity, tell compelling stories and inspire action
  • You can tailor your message to different audiences, including senior stakeholders, both in writing and in person.
  • You’re comfortable working at speed, managing multiple priorities and teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
  • You have strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and lead resolutions
  • You seek out opportunities to learn, apply new insights and support others to do the same
