Ruptela is looking for an HR Business Partner to join our talented team.

Your key roles will be: 

 

 Talent Acquisition: 

  • Manage and lead the hiring process across Lithuania, Mexico, and Dubai. 
  • Headhunt top talent and coordinate job postings. 
  • Review resumes, select and interview candidates, and prepare job offers. 

 Strategic Collaboration: 

  • Collaborate closely with the leadership team to align people strategy with business objectives. 
  • Provide insights and recommendations to drive organizational growth and effectiveness. 

Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Support and enhance employee onboarding and offboarding processes. 
  • Provide comprehensive HR support to colleagues across various functions. 

Candidate Experience: 

  • Ensure consistent communication and provide career guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process. 

Process Improvement: 

  • Continuously identify areas for improvement within HR processes. 
  • Implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 

Employee Engagement: 

  • Initiate and manage employee engagement and other surveys. 
  • Analyze survey results and develop actionable plans to address findings. 

Culture and Events: 

  • Take ownership of company culture creation and foster a positive work environment. 
  • Plan and execute company events and lead various HR projects to enhance employee experience. 

 

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field. 
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and operations. 
  • Highly collaborative with strong consultative, analytical, time management, and project management skills. 
  • Excellent decision-making skills with the ability to negotiate with managers. 
  • Proficient in English (B2 level or higher). 
  • Experience in tech recruitment is a significant advantage.

The salary range for this position is 2700-3700 EUR (gross) per month. As Ruptela is an equal-opportunity workplace, the precise salary offered to the right candidate will be based on one’s qualifications, competencies, and professional experiences.
