What we do at Newstel

We’re a trusted partner to clients across a range of industries to help them achieve customer success and grow their business through digitally-led multilingual customer service. With our HQ in Hamburg, Germany and customer success centres in Manila, Philippines and Istanbul, Turkey, we are a 100-strong team offering complete multilingual customer service across multiple channels, as well as back office support. 

Your new role

Based at our Hamburg HQ, we are looking for a highly motivated Sales Account Manager, working with Autobutler’s B2B customers, creating a meaningful impact on the development and success of the company and contributing to customer growth.  


On a typical day this could include:


  • Analysing and understanding customer needs to find the best solution
  • Onboarding new customers and introducing them to the product range via telephone, video calls and online presentations/workshops
  • Keeping our CRM system up to date with customer relationships and opportunities
  • Working closely with colleagues and the Newstel customer support team to identify opportunities for improving the customer experience

Your profile

You will be experienced at helping customers find the solution that is right for them and building and managing the relationship with them. In particular you will need to be:


  • Experienced with B2B sales over channels such as telephone, video calls and online workshops/webinars
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written German
  • Gifted at making sales and developing great customer relationships!


Our ideal team member will be:


  • Confident and resilient (experienced at not taking “NO” as the first answer!)
  • Willing to learn and become an expert in Autobutler’s range of solutions
  • Independent and results-oriented whilst also working collaboratively as part of the Newstel team
  • Interested in the automotive industry (a nice-to-have given the client, but not mandatory!)
