• Engage with stakeholders to develop and articulate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the product, ensuring the delivery of high-quality user experiences that address real user problems
• Understand key personas and stakeholders, gaining deep insights into user needs and expectations
• Own the end-to-end user experience, ensuring a seamless journey from start to finish Master product market fit by understanding and applying iterative processes such as minimum viable products (MVPs) and minimum marketable products (MMPs)
• Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on global market trends
• Act as the primary product advocate, championing its value and features within and outside the organization
• Lead discovery and research efforts for new customer problems, collaborating with developers and UX designers to prototype and validate solutions
• Drive adoption and buy-in of new ideas and improvements with product and technology stakeholders
• Gather and document product requirements, defining clear and valuable outcomes Communicate new requirements effectively to the team using user stories, personas, and acceptance tests, ensuring work is broken down into manageable, value-driven chunks
• Prioritize initiatives to focus on the most critical tasks at any given time
• Lead sprint and release planning sessions to maximize business value delivery in an efficient manner
• Align product goals with business strategy through the use of OKRs (Objectives and Key Results)
• Advocate for the product in various settings, including monthly showcases and quarterly business reviews
•  Support peers in the product community and contribute to the wider product leadership team.

• Proven experience with product management best practices and methodologies
• Track record of managing complex products that deliver significant stakeholder value
• User-centric approach, prioritizing solutions that address real user problems
• Experience with agile ways of working, agile software development methodologies and processes
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience with user research and design thinking, applying these concepts effectively in product development
• Proficiency with prioritization tools and techniques, managing dependencies, and deriving insights from data Solid understanding of relevant technologies in product management
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
