WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As a Senior IT Recruiter, you will work alongside the HR team, hiring managers, and key stakeholders to identify, attract, and qualify top tech talent. You will drive the recruitment process end-to-end, ensuring an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience. Your main responsibilities include:


  • Partnering with hiring managers and key business stakeholders to understand current and future recruitment needs and build strategic hiring plans.
  • Using market knowledge, networks, and best practices to source high-potential tech talents via channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, niche job boards, and ATS tools.
  • Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from requisition approval and job advertising to candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiation.
  • Designing and executing innovative sourcing and recruitment campaigns tailored to attract top talent for tech roles.
  • Leading and participating in onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the team.
  • Actively managing and evaluating recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-hire, candidate experience) to continuously optimize processes.
  • Preparing weekly dashboards and analytics to track recruitment metrics and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Expanding and maintaining an applicant and talent management pool through effective networking and relationship-building.
  • Representing the company externally by attending industry-specific recruiting events, networking activities, and strengthening the employer brand.
  • Collaborating with internal and external partners, including recruiting colleagues and personnel consultancies, to ensure a smooth and collaborative hiring process.

We are seeking a passionate IT Recruiter with a strong background in tech hiring who can thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Our ideal candidate will have:


  • Solid experience in IT/tech recruitment, including active sourcing and full-cycle recruiting for software development roles.
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, social media platforms, niche job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • A strong understanding of data-driven recruitment strategies, with experience evaluating metrics to optimize processes.
  • A well-established professional network in the tech ecosystem, particularly in Portugal.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to create empathy and deliver exceptional candidate and employee experiences.
  • Proven experience working in fast-paced, high-demand environments, while maintaining a high level of efficiency.
  • Knowledge of HR practices and hiring trends in the tech sector.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
