Opportunity Profile

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Driller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with rotary and/or percussive drilling rigs and a strong understanding of waterwell, geothermal, and site investigation projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects in a supportive and professional environment where no two days are the same.

Key Tasks

  • Operate and maintain rotary and percussive drilling rigs, including track-mounted rigs for challenging conditions. 
  • Carry out waterwell drilling, including installation, testing, and decommissioning. 
  • Conduct geothermal drilling and installations as required. 
  • Perform site investigations, including core recovery, rock testing, and examination for logging purposes. 
  • Work on mine-related investigations and other associated geological projects. 
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and professionalism. 
  • Maintain and inspect drilling equipment to ensure it remains in optimal working condition. 
  • Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met. 
  • Travel to various project locations and adapt to different site conditions and demands. 


Demonstratable Experience

  • Proven experience operating rotary and/or percussive drilling rigs. 
  • Knowledge of waterwells, geothermal systems, and site investigation processes. 
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to maintain and troubleshoot drilling equipment. 
  • Familiarity with pumping tests, well rehabilitation, and decommissioning procedures is a plus. 
  • Comfortable working in varied environments, including difficult terrain and confined spaces. 
  • Strong commitment to health and safety practices on all projects. 
  • A valid driver’s license (HGV license preferred but not essential). 
  • Flexibility to travel and work on projects in different locations as needed.
