Accounting (Assistant Level)

Requirements

As an Accounting Assistant, you will operate as part of the team within the line of service and at times across the practice. You will assist the team in providing quality client services, meeting business objectives, supporting other priorities.



Role & responsibilities

You will support our day-to-day transactions, including reimbursement and expense claims also include processing payments, maintaining cost reports, and managing invoices


  • Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions
  • Track and reconcile bank statements
  • Process tax compliance
  • Record accounts payable
  • Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers as needed
  • Provide administrative support related to Finance matters
  • Other duties as assigned


Experience & qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administrative
  • Thai nationality
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • 0-1 years of experience in a related field
  • Good command of English
  • Good computer literacy – MS Office
  • Strong analytical and numeric skills
  • Xero experience is a plus
  • Strong team players and willing to learn new things
