As part of our exciting expansion of outsourced payroll services to clients, we are in need of a person to join our Payroll Outsourcing Team. It can be a new graduate or someone with up to 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Review payroll calculations, including salaries, overtime, bonuses, commissions, allowances, and statutory deductions.
  • Review reconciliation prepared by Junior staff and provide structured variance explanations suitable for client communication and audit support.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies by tracing root cause between payroll records, provider rules and approved employee changes.
  • Manage multi-bank payroll payment processing and reconcile payment totals to payroll.
  • Lead minor configuration changes and support UAT execution by validating expected results against payroll rules.
  • Troubleshoots processing issues by distinguishing between data configuration and system output errors and preparing clear root-cause explanations.
  • Handle client onboarding and first live payroll delivery by preparing payroll blueprints, cut-off payroll calendars, and SOP packs suitable for client sign-off.
  • Applies payroll knowledge to process complexity payroll scenarios.
  • Provide payroll advisory services and response to client’s inquiries regarding payroll, tax, labor law and statutory matters.
  • Capable of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Handle payroll implementation, process improvement and system enhancement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients and government authorities when necessary.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior payroll team members.
  • Handle payroll projects, transition activities and process standardization initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of payroll and HR experience, preferably in payroll outsourcing or consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, Thai Labor Protection Act, Personal Income Tax, Social Security and statutory compliance.
  • Experience with payroll systems and digital technology.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft excel.
  • Excellent in English both written and spoken.
  • Accountability, Zero defect and proactive mindset.
