Description

At Ward Williams, we’re a team of passionate, professional people delivering independent, straightforward advice across the full lifecycle of our clients’ construction projects.

As the first Chartered Surveyors in the world to achieve B Corp Certification, and proud winners of the Queen’s Award for Enterprise in Sustainable Development, we’re committed to leading the way in responsible, high-impact construction. We believe our industry should make a meaningful, lasting difference, and we are looking for people who share that ambition!

We’re expanding our London Project Management team and are looking for a Project Manager who combines technical know-how with a strong client focus. You’ll be someone who genuinely cares about delivering quality outcomes and can approach projects with intelligence, empathy, and initiative. We’re particularly interested in those with experience in the heritage, arts, leisure or hotel sectors—including candidates with client-side experience, contract administration backgrounds, or those retraining through MSc programmes. We’re not looking for infrastructure or civils-focused experience.

You’ll be confident managing day-to-day responsibilities independently, including leading client conversations and coordinating project delivery. We value people who can take ownership, support others, and contribute to a collaborative, forward-thinking team.

We work hard but don’t take ourselves too seriously. Our team includes outdoor adventurers, book-lovers, parents, early-career professionals, and seasoned experts, each bringing something different to the table. Whoever you are, you’ll find a genuinely inclusive environment here.

Above all, we’re looking for someone who’s curious, creative, and committed to doing things better. If you want to build your career differently and help shape a more sustainable future for the built environment, we’d love to hear from you.
