We're looking for a proactive and creative Communications Project Manager to lead and execute Eleving Group's internal and external communication initiatives. In this role, you will help strengthen our brand, engage employees and stakeholders, and drive impactful communication projects across the Group.


Your responsibilities:


Social media management 

  • Develop, plan, and publish engaging content across the company's social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Drive audience engagement through creative, brand-consistent communication
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, preparing reports and recommendations to improve communication effectiveness

 

Employer branding 

  • Implement employer branding initiatives that strengthen Eleving Group's attractiveness as an employer
  • Organize and support activities that enhance the company's reputation in the labor market
  • Collaborate closely with the HR team to ensure consistent and aligned messaging
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of employer branding activities

 

Internal communications 

  • Plan and execute internal communication initiatives, including Viva Engage content, internal events, and engagement campaigns
  • Ensure employees are informed about company news, strategic priorities, achievements, and business performance
  • Foster a strong company culture by promoting employee engagement and participation
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of internal communication activities

 

Project management & brand support 

  • Lead and contribute to the planning and execution of communication and marketing campaigns
  • Prepare and distribute newsletters
  • Maintain and update content on the company website
  • Support various initiatives related to Eleving Group's brand development and visibility


What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in communications, marketing, employer branding, public relations, or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities
  • Experience managing social media platforms and digital communication channels
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with experience measuring communication effectiveness
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for storytelling
