We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to build and shape our global talent strategy. You will attract, engage, and hire top talent across different regions and markets, build talent pipelines, and ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple countries and functions
- Build and maintain strong international talent pipelines, ensuring a continuous flow of high-quality candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Proactively identify, engage, and attract top talent through various channels, including professional networks, social platforms, referrals, and talent communities
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, define hiring strategies, and provide market insights on talent availability, trends, and compensation
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process, ensuring efficient decision-making and a high-quality candidate experience
- Develop and strengthen relationships with external talent networks, communities, universities, and industry professionals across different markets
- Drive employer branding initiatives and represent the company as an employer of choice in international talent markets
- Track recruitment metrics, analyze hiring effectiveness, and continuously improve recruitment processes and sourcing strategies
- Support broader people & culture initiatives, contributing to employee engagement, talent development, employer branding, onboarding, culture-building, and other projects
- Collaborate with colleagues across the People team to support the organization's growth and people agenda
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or talent partner roles, ideally within international and fast-growing organizations
- Strong track record of sourcing and hiring talent across multiple countries, functions, and talent markets
- Established professional network and demonstrated ability to access and engage diverse international talent pools
- Proactive, energetic, and self-driven personality with a natural ability to identify opportunities and make things happen
- Passion for connecting with people and building long-term professional relationships
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, challenge, and advise hiring managers at different levels
- Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities, with creativity in identifying and engaging hard-to-reach talent
- Curiosity about talent market trends and a strategic mindset when building talent pipelines for future business needs
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs
- Fluency in English
