We are looking for an experienced L&D professional to cover a key role during maternity leave starting in August 2025 until September 2026.
In this role, you’ll be stepping into a dynamic and impactful position that plays a critical part in supporting the growth, development, and performance of our people.
This fixed-term role offers a broad mix of operational responsibilities across learning, performance, apprenticeships, and organisational development, ideal for someone who thrives on variety and influence.

Salary: Up to £40,000, depending upon skills and experience.
