The Role
You'll be responsible for:
#Support the team with managing clients in line with the Mediaworks experience, standards, and quality
#Build strong working practices to ensure each workstream is managed effectively and efficiently, managing account actions and preparing for client calls and monthly performance meetings.
#Identify and support commercial uplifts with clients, seeking renewal uplifts, upsells, and cross-sells; working collaboratively with the wider MW network to achieve sustainable revenue growth
#Uphold the agency’s reputation and ensure quality standards are never compromise
#Demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of the agency services, the industry in which we operate, and the industries which our clients operate
#Go above and beyond to ensure we deliver exceptional experiences for clients.
