You'll be responsible for:
# Coordinating and managing the successful delivery of a wide range of digital marketing campaigns for clients across various sectors.
# Coordinating the efforts of the internal teams to continually deliver value for our clients and maximise the impact we have on their businesses.
# Managing client and stakeholder expectations throughout the full lifespan of the campaigns by effectively communicating performance updates alongside commercial insights.
# Building trusted relationships with client contacts, understanding their market and business needs, and being able to proactively identify new opportunities that will drive growth.
# Owning budget management from estimating to invoicing (via Accounts) and monitoring time utilisation, ensuring all information is recorded accurately in the CRM system.
# Ensuring Service Orders are agreed and POs are raised and supplied in a timely manner.
# Assessing client satisfaction and action changes where necessary.
