Hours of work: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm


Salary: £32,000.00 per annum



Purpose of the role

Reporting to the AIRE Manager, the AIRE Senior Administrators will be responsible for the coordination and management of the AIRE administrators. They will be responsible for all aspects relating to defect management and ensuring all contractual timelines are met.  


Duties and Responsibilities

Procedures

  • Manage team members to ensure all defects within their area are being completed within the required timescale
  • Liaising with team members to ensure all defects are being tasked out to the most cost effective and timely solution
  • Liaise with Maintenance team members to ensure data relating to Schedule 13 is accurate and provide guidance on how to improve defect closure
  • Liaise with Finance to ensure timely responses to queries raised by Finance regarding Maintenance costs
  • Liaise with Maintenance team members to gather data to respond to Finance queries
  • Provide regular reports to the AIRE Manager and Property Services Director as directed but to include:
  • Defect volumes
  • MH defect volumes
  • Cost analysis
  • Team performance
  • MO/Contractor defect split
  • Manage complaints raised for Hotel/IA/DA accommodation defects
  • Manage and close completed not closed defects
  • Support AIRE Manager with specific taskings as directed
  • Training of new starters
  • Manage overtime roster for OOH working

  • Work closely with your line manager and team members
  • Collaborate with others, attending meetings as required
  • Supporting team members and provide on-the-job training
  • Provide cover for other staff as agreed by line manager

  • Ensure all records are maintained and kept up-to-date according to company policies and procedures
