Technical Support Specialist

We are currently looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our talented Operations and Customer Experience team! 

• Provide technical support to B2B customers via phone, email, and other communication channels; 
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to our products and solutions, manage the communication between Operations and RnD departament towards the customer; 
• Follow SLA and service processes; 
• Support customer onboarding and deliver product-related training; 
• Create and update internal Knowledge Base articles; 
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain smooth daily operations. 

• Experience in customer support or a similar client-facing role or strong willingness to learn if no direct experience; 
• Interest in transport telematics solutions and motivation to grow expertise in this area (Experience with Telematics / Tracking Systems is considered a plus); 
• Strong communication skills; 
• Good English skills (B1-B2 level), especially for technical communication; 
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment; 
• Ability to work in a team as well as find solutions independently.
