Logistics Specialist – Warehouse Operator

We are currently looking to welcome a Logistics Specialist – Warehouse Operator to our team. This person will be responsible for shipment preparation, dispatch, and warehouse management. We are seeking a meticulous, responsible team member who can communicate in English.

• Sending cargo to customers (international clients);
• Communicating with customs for documentation when shipping or receiving cargo;
• Order picking and planning;
• Packing shipments (including palletizing);
• Organizing courier pick-ups and entering data into systems;
• Ensuring accurate warehouse inventory accounting;
• Communicating with customers and managers (in English);
• Tracking shipments and providing tracking information to customers;
• Ensuring customers receive exactly what they ordered.

• Similar work experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehousing;
• Good organizational and planning skills;
• Responsibility, accuracy, and ability to work independently;
• Computer literacy (experience with accounting systems);
• Good English skills (spoken and written);
• Quick thinking, initiative, and a positive attitude toward work and the team.
