Logistics Specialist – Warehouse Operator

We are currently looking for a Logistics Specialist - Warehouse Operator to join our team. This person will be responsible for shipment preparation, dispatch, and warehouse management. We are seeking a meticulous, responsible team member who can communicate in English.

• Receiving goods from suppliers and registering them in the ERP system;
• Checking quantities, quality, packaging condition, and accompanying documentation;
• Labeling goods and assigning storage locations;
• Conducting inventory checks and warehouse audits - weekly, monthly, and as needed;
• Ensuring accurate warehouse inventory accounting;
• Preparing shipments - picking and packing customer orders;
• Preparing shipping labels and documentation;
• Maintaining and managing the SMT line warehouse;
• Organizing local and international transport;
• Communicating with customers and/or account managers (in English);
• Tracking shipments and informing about delivery deviations.

• Work experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehousing is an advantage, but not required - we provide training;Good organizational and planning skills;
• Responsibility, accuracy, and the ability to work independently;
• Computer literacy (experience with accounting/ERP systems);
• Good English skills (spoken and written);
• Quick thinking, initiative, and a positive attitude toward work and the team.
