Role Purpose
The Assistant Project Manager will support the Project Manager and project team in delivering a project on time, within budget, safely and to the required quality standards.
More specifically, the Assistant Project Manager will:
- Relieve the Project Manager by handling day-to-day coordination, allowing them to focus on strategic and client-facing tasks.
- Maintain project momentum by tracking schedules, actions and deliverables.
- Strengthen operational readiness by supporting offshore preparation (vessels, equipment and personnel logistics).
- Ensure communication flow between stakeholders (onshore teams, offshore teams, clients and subcontractors).
- Safeguard compliance with QHSE, financial and contractual requirements.
- Facilitate accurate reporting so the project team and clients have reliable and up-to-date information.
