Our teams work with leading technologies including Gallagher, Milestone, Axis, Hanwha, and PAC to protect sites across the UK.

We are now seeking a Project Administrator to support our Project Delivery team and help ensure our projects run smoothly from planning through to handover.

About the Role

As a Project Administrator, you will play a key role in the administrative and logistical elements of our security system projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and clients to keep information flowing, records accurate, and resources aligned.

You will thrive in this role if you are organised, curious about learning how technical projects come together, committed to quality, and enjoy supporting teams to deliver their best work.

  • Maintain accurate project records and ensure timely updates and reporting.
  • Support scheduling, resource planning, and coordination of field engineers.
  • Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors to track orders, deliveries, and stock levels, supporting good financial stewardship.
  • Assist in preparing O&M manuals and client documentation.
  • Support internal project meetings, capturing actions and monitoring progress.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by asking thoughtful questions, exploring better ways of working, and sharing insights with the wider team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in project administration, coordination, or a similar role within construction, engineering, or security systems.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and willingness to learn.
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential).
  • Willing to undergo security clearance

  • Integrity: You act with honesty, reliability, and professionalism, especially when challenges arise.
  • Quality: You take pride in producing accurate documentation and supporting projects to a high standard.
  • Curiosity: You ask questions, seek clarity, and build understanding of our technical systems and project workflows.
  • Collaboration: You work closely with colleagues, suppliers, and clients, recognising that we succeed as one team.
  • Financial Stewardship: You help manage information, orders, and resources carefully to support the company’s long-term stability.
