What you will do

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Eleving Group, you will be instrumental in shaping our digital marketing efforts across various platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include: 

  • Developing tracking systems: Implementing advanced tracking mechanisms using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel on product webpages, new group webpages, and other digital platforms like car sales and partner portals. 
  • Analyzing competitors and market trends: Performing thorough competitor analysis and studying market trends to inform and develop targeted digital marketing strategies that align with our business objectives. 
  • Optimizing marketing efforts: Running tests, analyzing, and optimizing the performance of various channels, including search, social media, and content, to enhance customer engagement, lower acquisition costs, and increase lifetime value. 
  • Reporting and data presentation: Creating dashboards and models for data visualization, providing heads of departments with actionable insights and recommendations to improve business performance. 
  • Collaborating with teams: Working closely with in-house Marketing, Business Development, and PR teams, both on a group and regional level, and maintaining stakeholder relationships through regular reporting and meetings. 

What you will need

To succeed in this role, you should have: 

  • Proven experience: A track record in digital marketing analytics, with proficiency in utilizing digital tracking tools and platforms. 
  • Analytical skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for interpreting complex data to identify trends and recommend strategies. 
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Experience in working closely with marketing managers, business development teams, and PR departments, facilitating cross-team synergy. 
  • Communication skills: Excellent communication skills to convey findings, translate data into stories, and articulate recommendations for business improvements. 
  • Technical proficiency: Adept at setting up and using analytics dashboards, with the ability to translate data into visual presentations for non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Strategic planning: Capable of strategizing and executing with a focus on results, while being able to switch between analytical tasks and collaborative meetings efficiently.
