The Technical Account Manager at Ridango ensures the high-quality and sustainable performance of the company's services, products, and equipment for the customers in their portfolio by maintaining and having in-depth technical knowledge of the customer's needs and installed solutions, and ensuring that changes or problems are properly resolved when they occur, and offering his best technical knowledge in every direction to reach a solution. 

You'll be responsible of:

  • To be a direct partner in finding and offering technical solutions to our customer portfolio including Lithuania, Kyiv, and Finland. 
  • Maintain good customer relations with affiliates in your customer portfolio. 
  • Maintain a transparent overview of the provision of customer solutions to stakeholders. 
  • Provide customers with technical solutions to their concerns and, if necessary, prepare additional sales offers 
  • In cooperation with product owners and developers, complete the necessary developments to create a complete solution for our customers through which passengers can use public transport easily and comfortably. 

We expect:

  • Experience with technical client portfolio management 
  • Understanding of software development and architecture 
  • Analytical thinking and a systematic approach that enables us to find the best solutions for our customers 
  • Excellent communication skills, which allow us to offer a positive and high-quality service 
  • Experience with Atlassian products 
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, Russian and/or Estonian is a plus.
