Technical Sales Manager

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • You will be analyzing tender technical documents, identifying overlapping and gaps with existing solution’s functionalities and features; 
  • You will initiate and lead discussions with product owners regarding these technical documents and determine the feasibility of bidding from the technological point of view; 
  • You will create and compile tender submission technical documents, like product and functionality descriptions, project references, future roadmaps, compliance matrixes etc. 
  • You will work closely together with bid managers, sales, project, and product teams to successfully prepare for tender bids, sales offers, and customer visits 
  • Demonstrations and presentations of our solutions to existing and possible new clients 
  • Visitations to clients and exhibitions 
  • Support for technical team and project managers in pilot installations 
  • You’ll report to the Head of Pre-Sales 



WHAT QUALITIES WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Punctuality and detail-oriented approach 
  • Full English and Estonian proficiency 
  • Another foreign language proficiency would be seen as an advantage 
  • Self-motivated and enjoy working with technical and complex tenders and sales projects 
  • Good interpersonal skills to negotiate with different stakeholders and discuss solutions internally 
  • The capability of working in an environment where deadlines for submissions often shape our workdays 
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft tools (Word, PowerPoint, Adobe, Excel, etc.)
