PMO Reporting Analyst

Lanes-i are one of the UK’s fastest growing utilities infrastructure providers, with a network work of depots across London & the South of England. Our purpose is to disrupt and challenge traditional build and methods and to deliver safe and sustainable infrastructure projects.


Jobs responsibilities:

·  Ensure that you take responsibility for the care of your health and safety and that of those affected by your actions or omissions

·  Cooperate with requirements of Lanes-I in relation to health and safety and not inhibit our ability to meet our duties under the HSAWA

·  Work closely with multiple stakeholders to gather data, create reports, understand, and analyse the data.

·  Designing reports/ dashboards that meets the needs of end users – researching and understanding the requirements.

·  Awareness of data quality issues and how to mitigate.

·  Meet reporting deadlines.

·  Creating forecast models

·  Utilising historical data sets

·  Accurately report and review channel performance, productivity, and shrinkage.


Core Skills:

·  Minimum 1-2 years’ experience

·  Basic understanding of project controls and reporting requirements.

·  Excellent knowledge of reporting tools including MS Power BI.

·  Confident use of Microsoft 365 and wider related software package.

·  Strong ETL skills using automation, APIs etc.

·  Ability to design enterprise architecture and data infrastructure.

·  Analytic skills to interrogate data, identify trends and performance improvement measures.

·  Prioritisation and excellent communication skills Attributes: High degree of literacy and numeracy.

·   Attention to detail.  

·  Ability to review trends and current performance to inform future performance/ forecast.

·   Proactive problem solver.

·  Ability to work effectively under pressure – ability to meet deadlines.

·  Able to work flexibly in diverse and dynamic environments.
