We are looking for a experienced, dependable Regional IT Administrator to join our team and take full responsibility and ownership for the IT services, infrastructure and security of a region of countries, each with its own local IT team. You will lead projects and improvements in your region, solve the complex issues and share your knowledge with colleagues.

• Manage Windows servers and core services (AD, DNS, DHCP, RADIUS, PKI) in Azure and AWS, plus Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (identities, licences, Conditional Access, MFA)
• Deploy and manage devices and software with Intune and SCCM
• Manage networks end to end: configuration, firewall rules, VPNs, Wi-Fi and troubleshooting
• Own the region’s IT setup and group IT standards and policies, keeping every country aligned, and plan the IT setup of new and existing offices with local IT teams
• Ensure security through access controls, backups, log collection, endpoint protection and firewalls, and run access reviews and IT audits, fixing their findings
• Monitor, patch and upgrade systems, handle escalated issues and critical incidents, and make changes that need elevated access
• Propose improvements and new services, lead changes and projects, and automate routine work
• Maintain technical documentation, manuals and IT policies in Confluence
• Develop expertise to train colleagues on new technologies

• 3+ years experience as a system administrator or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory and Group Policy
• Hands-on Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune administration
• Experience with workplace, servers, databases, networks (LAN, WAN, WLAN, FW) and patch management
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN and VLAN
• Knowledge of system security (endpoint protection, IPS/IDS, vulnerability scanners) and backup/recovery
• Ability to use automation and scripting tools (PowerShell, Ansible or similar)
• Familiarity with Windows, macOS and Linux
• Ability to coordinate remote teams and vendors across countries
• Ownership mindset: you see work through from plan to result, follow procedures, and document every change

• Excellent communication skills in English, Latvian, as you will work with teams across different countries. Willingness to work with people.
