About CNM

CNM is a well-established training provider for natural therapies for over 20 years, with 10 colleges in the UK and Ireland. At the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) we train people onto becoming health professionals in Natural Therapies. CNM educates students on Naturopathic Nutrition, Naturopathy, Herbal Medicine, Acupuncture, Homeopathy and Health Coach. CNM also offers the Natural Chef and Vegan Chef Diplomas. Additionally, the college offers a range of Short Courses and Postgraduate Courses.


About the role:

There will be some changes and challenges to handle. This is a very fast-paced environment where you will be in constant action to achieve targets and have your tasks completed on time. It is important to be a reliable, dependable individual who likes to work consistently in a very stable company.


Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Assist the Operations Manager.
  • Ensure all new lecturers complete the required documentation and are granted access to the staff website.
  • Check all Lecture settlements and forward relevant information to the Course Directors, monthly.
  • Update the current lecturer list each academic year.
  • Coordinate welcome emails to all new students.
  • Assist with Class Planning for London.
  • Creation of all London lecture plans and templates for other locations.
  • Update Handbooks as necessary.
  • Update forms as necessary.
  • Update overview schedule.
  • Create timetables.
  • Cover reception when the receptionist is on holiday.

Requirements

The ideal candidate:


You are highly productive and have initiative. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to learn fast, work hard and be able to meet deadlines. Good customer service is essential. You must also have good organisational skills, great telephone manners, and good general computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook.


What We’re Looking For:

✅ Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

✅ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in administrative processes.

✅ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Moodle or similar learning platforms is an advantage.

✅ A proactive and problem-solving approach, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

✅ Previous administrative experience, particularly in an education or training environment, is preferred.
