Your Role

As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end client project delivery. This entails development of client proposals and contracts and control of the delivery lifecycle of projects. Using the FenX Platform, we help clients rapidly achieve their business outcomes. Making onboarding of clients faster and reducing huge amounts of manual work.

The Platform  

FenX is a cloud-native SaaS platform built on AWS that is used to help banks and financial institutions go about their business in an efficient and safe way. It is a serverless, highly scalable web platform providing features and full configuration & administration capabilities. All features delivered through a layer of highly available APIs offering full feature capabilities to any authorized consumer. 

• Development of client proposals and contracts: 
• Request for Proposals 
• Contracting 
• Resource planning 
• Forecasting delivery and revenue 
• Management/facilitating of key stakeholder expectations and scope control 
• Control of the delivery lifecycle end-to-end (mechanics of how a project will be delivered to a client): 
• Team coordination and leadership to achieve common outcomes and goals   
• Continuous project delivery planning (sprint planning, testing, etc.) 
• Management of project governance (status, actions, delivery progress, etc.) 
• Holding clients and team accountable to commitments, to ensure delivery progress  
• Risk and issue management 
• Scope and change management including facilitating negotiations with clients 
• Oversight of functional design and design decisions 
• Managing budgets and margins 
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with the project and client teams. 
• Facilitating conflict resolution while Keeping The Client Happy. 
• Project Governance reporting at bottom and top levels. 
• Making strategic decisions that are in both the client’s and Kaha's best interests. 
• Continuous improvement through implementing and optimising delivery processes, artefacts, etc. 
• Develop and maintain deep working product knowledge of the FenX Platform, ensuring that you are always aware of the full “toolset” and impact to existing product configuration. 
• Deliver product and solution demonstrations and presentations to new and existing clients. 
• Elicit client requirements, understanding the required business outcomes. 
• Where required, help manage the documentation review and approval process with the client. 
• Adhere to and control the change management process as per the project you are working on. 
• Provide guidance and support to other project team members regarding project delivery. 
• Research and analyse business, regulatory and technical topics to support the formulation and specification of client requirements and solution design. 
• Provide product leadership within the design discussion and influence clients in line with the Fenergo product and future strategy. 
• Support training and knowledge transfer within the delivery practice. 
• Provide ongoing feedback to the product engineering team in the delivery of product functionality. 
• Provide SME support to the Sales / Pre-Sales teams and Professional Services client-facing project teams. 
• Elicit feedback for growth and provide feedback to other team members.  

• Solution design and project delivery experience, preferably in the financial services industry (we also value experience brought in from other industries and roles!). 
• Client-facing delivery exposure, including client proposals and contracts and budgeting. 
• Experience with wireframes/mock-ups and business process modelling. 
• Good knowledge of IT systems, architectures and terminology. 
• Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving abilities. 
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. 
• Excellent written and oral communication skills. 
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills. 
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint). 

Preferable experience 

• Bachelor's degree in business or technology discipline. 
• Knowledge and experience with Financial Services Processes, Financial Regulation, and Products, particularly relating to client and product-onboarding. 
• Working in an Agile Software Development environment. 
• Reporting Skills. 
• Experience working with ALM systems, e.g. Azure/JIRA/Trello  
• Experience working on configuration of comparable technology platforms (e.g., MS Dynamics)
