Kaha Consulting is the US Consulting arm of Kaha, founded in South Africa. We are looking for new team members to help grow the US and North American presence of our company.


What we do


Kaha is a Fenergo Implementation Partner, a team of business-technologists consulting to financial institutions globally, helping them make the most of the Fenergo Platform.


Fenergo (www.fenergo.com) is an award-winning Irish FinTech/RegTech that was started in 2010. In 2017, they looked to expand the Product Development capacity, in order to meet the growing demand for their product offering.


In 2017, Kaha was founded to support this demand, and we tackled one large project for Fenergo (successfully) and since then have scaled our team to meet demand for new features, delivering quickly and to a high-quality standard.


Now, 7 years in, we are 50+ people strong and have a presence in the United States. We still operate by the principles which led to our success in the first place, and we are always looking for talented professionals who want to make their mark in the technology and financial services industry.

Our Hiring Process


Stage 1 - Application


  • You confirm your interest in joining our team
  • Your application is reviewed and you may be invited to proceed with the interview process (If we haven't already reached out to you)
  • Information is shared about us as a company, and how to best prepare for the interview process


Stage 2 - Assessment

  • A quick video interview is arranged (we use Hireflix to make it efficient)
  • We will share a practical assessment for you to complete (role-specific)


Stage 3 - Interview

  • A role-fit interview is held with consultants who work in the practice you are applying to.
  • Further assessments may be arranged, if needed (e.g. code reviews, presentations and walkthroughs)


Stage 4 - Final Interview and Offer

  • Final interview is setup
  • An employment offer is hopefully made to you, we agree start date, salary, etc.

Your success is our success, we put a great emphasis on supporting you during the early days. Each new team member is buddied up with someone in a similar role. Your onboarding pack is laid out for you, so you're guided each step of the way.
