In a nutshell

As a Technical Product Manager you ‘own’ one or more products. You are highly data driven, are an innovator who brings in new ideas & takes the solutions from inception to launch working with cross functional teams to ensure that the solution goes live. Once on production, you will continue to manage the product & ensure that enhancements are rolled out as per product roadmap. You will also act as ‘Project manager’ during these development phases working with development team & manage requirements & plans. You are SPOC & an advocate of your product for stakeholders when it comes to new features, or existing features understanding for your products. These stakeholders include clients, account managers, technology team, customer servicing etc. The role is based in Pune, India

What will you do

  • Work with cross functional teams such as creative, business, clients, analysts, marketing to ensure that all requirements are gathered, documented, prioritized, communicated.
  • Use industry & consumer insights to identify what we need to build & prioritizing when we build it.
  • Prioritize roadmap logically with a clear focus based on the value an item delivers Document & communicate business requirements to IT teams.
  • Evangelize new features within the organization & critical stakeholders towards its adoption.
  • Work with product marketing to document our capabilities.
  • Define our competitive positioning & keeping on top of broader industry developments.
  • Develop new solutions from conception to launch.
  • Ensure that product enhancements are done according to product vision Contribute to Loylogic’s product development methodology.
  • Supporting the development of an elegant, vetted, market-ready product by prioritizing the roadmap with appropriate sequencing of user stories to generate maximum business value.
  • Defining success metrics for each feature/product & working towards achieving it .
  • Joining scrum meetings to address queries from developers to ensure on-time sprint deliveries.
  • Assisting with product launch & sales enablement adoption.

What will you need

  • 5 years’ product management experience, preferably in ecommerce domain Strong understanding of business KPIs & the ability to drive them.
  • Ability to define & prioritize the product roadmap.
  • Ability to define sprints, track progress, & ensure delivery.
  • Outstanding ability to delegate, prioritize, & manage a considerable workload, all while gaining respect & buy-in from cross-functional teams.
  • An excellent process-oriented thinker who wants to invest in systems that support scale.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a team to rapidly produce prototypes & iterations.
  • Entrepreneurial drive with appreciation of user-experience, business, & commercial issues.
  • Ability to communicate & articulate ideas with senior management & CXO positions Good general technical skills will be an added advantage.
