Loylogic is searching for a seasoned, results-driven corporate marketer with a proven track record of driving lead generation and revenue growth in B2B industries. This role is designed for someone who can think strategically but execute rapidly, using both creative and data-driven approaches to raise brand visibility, generate leads, and support our ambitious growth targets. You should be 100% self- sufficient in executing a high-performance marketing strategy that ensures Loylogic dominates search rankings, generates inbound leads, and strengthens brand positioning across travel, financial services, FMCG, telco, automotive, and other selected verticals.




What will you do

  • You will personally build and execute a full-scale SEO and lead generation strategy to drive high-quality B2B prospects.
  • Ensure Loylogic ranks #1 for key industry search terms, making us the go-to provider in loyalty rewards, incentive marketplaces, and engagement solutions.
  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO, content strategy, backlink building, and paid search optimization—without external agency support.
  • Execute Google Ads, LinkedIn advertising, remarketing campaigns, and email automation to increase inbound pipeline.
  • Develop data-driven multi-channel campaigns to attract and nurture high-value B2B leads.
  • Build high-converting landing pages and optimize user journeys for maximum engagement and conversion.
  • Establish Loylogic as the leading authority in global incentive marketplaces.
  • Develop PR, media, and industry engagement strategies to secure high-value speaking opportunities, event sponsorships, and media features.
  • Create compelling content (whitepapers, webinars, reports) that resonates with decision-makers in our target industries.
  • Analyze key competitors and execute strategies to outperform them in digital visibility and lead capture.
  • Track customer motivation trends, employee incentives, and channel loyalty strategies to refine marketing efforts.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership to align marketing efforts with business growth objectives

What will you need

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record of scaling lead generation through SEO and digital campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience to fully execute marketing strategy.
  • Hands-on expertise in SEO, SEM, paid media, and marketing automation—with no dependency on external agencies.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to develop corporate positioning, thought leadership, and PR exposure.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, results-driven, and highly accountable.
  • Deep understanding of loyalty, engagement, and incentive programs across travel, financial services, telco, automotive, FMCG, and technology industries.
