Loylogic is seeking a highly ambitious, results-driven Corporate Marketer to supercharge our brand presence, communications, and market positioning globally. This role is designed for someone who can think strategically but execute rapidly, using both creative and data-driven approaches to raise brand visibility, generate leads, and support our ambitious growth targets. You will be responsible for all aspects of corporate marketing, including brand strategy, PR, digital marketing, events, and strategic partnerships. This is a high-impact role that requires exceptional marketing skills, a growth mindset, and the ability to scale Loylogic's brand reputation as a global leader in loyalty marketplace technology / incentivized engagement.

What will you do

  • Brand Strategy: Develop and execute a cohesive global brand strategy aligned with Loylogic’s business goals and market opportunities. Elevate the brand positioning and perception among key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and the loyalty community.


  • Digital Marketing Leadership: Drive digital marketing efforts, including performance marketing, content strategy, SEO/SEM, paid media, social media, and marketing automation to generate demand, nurture leads, and build loyalty across all platforms.


  • Corporate Communications: Develop compelling corporate messaging for internal and external audiences. Oversee PR efforts, including managing media relations, crafting press releases, and securing high-value speaking engagements.


  • Partnership Marketing: Collaborate with the business development team to craft joint marketing initiatives with strategic partners. Maximize co-marketing opportunities to amplify reach and brand credibility.


  • Event Marketing: Plan and execute high-impact corporate events, industry conferences, and networking opportunities that enhance Loylogic’s market presence.


  • Content Development: Lead the creation of thought leadership content (whitepapers, case studies, webinars) to position Loylogic as an industry leader. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all materials.


  • Analytics & Optimization: Use data analytics to track, measure, and optimize marketing performance. Regularly report on KPIs and recommend actionable insights to enhance effectiveness.


  • Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with the sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with revenue-driving initiatives. Provide strategic input to the leadership team and support cross-functional projects to define the yearly marketing strategy overall.


  • Product Positioning: working with product teams to create persona-based messaging targeted at our specific solutions which drives leads and higher conversion through content scripting, video creation and editing.

What will you need

  • 7+ years of experience in corporate marketing, preferably in the loyalty, fintech, or tech sectors.
  • Proven track record of scaling brand visibility and driving measurable results in a B2B context.
  • Exceptional digital marketing skills with hands-on experience in performance marketing, automation tools, and data analysis.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, corporate communications, and PR.
  • Experience in managing marketing budgets and optimizing spend for maximum impact.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of crafting compelling corporate messaging and thought leadership content.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Strategic thinker with a growth-oriented mindset, coupled with a bias for action and hands-on execution.
  • Creative, innovative, and able to think outside the box to differentiate the brand in competitive markets.
  • Comfortable with travel for conferences and corporate events.


Preferred:

  • Experience working in global markets, especially the loyalty and rewards industry.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce.
  • Background in high-level event marketing or partnerships with Fortune 500 brands.
