Job Brief

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Affiliate Marketing Manager to drive the growth of our affiliate program and foster strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in affiliate marketing, with expertise in partner acquisition, conversion strategies, and traffic management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Acquisition: Identify and onboard new partners from affiliate networks.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Negotiate and manage agreements, motivating partners to enhance profitability.
  • Performance Evaluation: Assess the profitability of existing deals and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conversion Enhancement: Innovate strategies to increase conversion rates and attract more partners.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Content Production team to create compelling marketing materials.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with current partners.
  • Legal Compliance: Draft contracts in collaboration with the legal department.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve any ongoing operational issues and challenges.


Requirements

  • Affiliate Marketing Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing management.
  • Tech Proficiency: background in affiliate marketing management tools, specifically with knowledge in CRM and MMP (Appsflyer, Affise, Adjust, Impact) and Similarweb.
  • Traffic Sources Expertise: Deep understanding of various traffic sources, including PPC, SEO, Native, and in-app traffic.
  • Language Skills: English, Russian
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation abilities.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical capabilities.

  • Initiative: Proactive and capable of identifying and resolving issues independently.
