• Lead and evolve the group’s financial strategy, aligning financial objectives with broader company goals and regional market realities.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance planning across all 7 operating countries, ensuring robust financial planning and accountability.
• Deliver timely, actionable insights to the Board members to support strategic decisions and drive business growth and profitability.
• Deliver accurate financial reports for stakeholders and lead annual audit.
• Ensure strong financial governance, managing financial risk and maintaining overall group financial health.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, including the Head of Reporting & Planning, Tax manager, and other key leaders.
• Champion financial transformation and process improvement initiatives to modernize and scale the finance function.



• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CFA) would be considered as advantage.
• Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, preferably in a multinational financial services or fintech organization.
• Background in a Big 4 accounting firm or similar high-performance environment is highly desirable.
• Strong command of financial strategy, planning, and reporting, with a deep understanding of IFRS and cross-border financial regulation.
• Demonstrated success in leading and developing senior finance professionals across diverse geographies.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, business acumen, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Hands-on leadership style, with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
