Kelly Park Limited is looking for compassionate and reliable Overnight Healthcare Assistants to support people in their own homes across Bearpark, Brandon, Spennymoor, Ushaw Moor and Nevilles Cross.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Overnight Healthcare Assistant, you'll help our service users feel safe, comfortable and supported throughout the night by:


  • Providing reassurance and companionship.
  • Supporting personal care, including bathing, toileting, continence care and repositioning where required.
  • Promoting independence while respecting each person's individual choices.
  • Preparing drinks or light snacks if needed.
  • Completing light household duties to maintain a safe and comfortable home.
  • Monitoring wellbeing and responding to any overnight needs.
  • Maintaining accurate care records and communicating any concerns to the wider care team.


Overnight Shift Patterns 🌙

We understand the importance of flexibility and work-life balance.


We currently offer overnight shifts including:

  • 📍 Waking Night Shifts (typically between 10:00pm – 7:00am)
  • 📍 Flexible night availability
  • 📍 Full Time and Part Time opportunities
  • 📍 Alternate weekend working

What we need from you 🤝

Along with a superhero personality, we also require a clear Enhanced DBS as well as two satisfactory references.


Any previous training records and health and social qualifications for the role would be of great benefit, in addition Kelly Park Limited offer support with training/qualifications and continued professional development.
