We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team in Glasgow. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying and securing top talent for some of the most influential companies in the renewable energy sector, helping to drive impactful change on a global scale.

 

Your Role

 

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will develop talent pipelines and deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates. Your role involves building deep technical knowledge and becoming a go-to expert within your chosen market vertical, such as Onshore Renewables with a focus in the Energy Storage/BESS.

Responsibilities

  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage candidates using tools like Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Market Mapping: Build talent pools of active and passive candidates by networking and utilising CRM systems.
  • Candidate Management: Manage candidates through the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring transparency and regular communication.
  • Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities through market insights, referrals, and candidate networks.
  • Collaboration: Share market knowledge with global colleagues and contribute to a supportive, team-driven culture.
  • Compliance: Maintain accurate records on CRM and ensure GDPR compliance.
  • Market Expertise: Stay informed about renewable energy trends and become a subject matter expert in your focus area.


About You

We’re looking for an ambitious recruiter or sales professional with a passion for renewables and strong interpersonal skills.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Prior experience in recruitment, B2B sales, telesales, retail within a sales environment.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and networking skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, with attention to detail.
  • Energetic and positive approach, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • A commitment to learning and becoming a sector expert.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages like German, Italian, French, Greek, Arabic are advantageous).
