The Marketing Campaigns Coordinator reports into the Senior Marketing Officer and is responsible for coordinating St Giles Hospice’s marketing activity in line with the overall organisational strategy.

 

The Marketing Campaigns Coordinator has responsibility for coordination of St Giles’ marketing activity. The role encompasses all functions across the hospice, including clinical services and income generation, and will focus on raising awareness and engagement, both locally and nationally.

 

You will have responsibility for the delivery of marketing campaigns for St Giles Hospice, coordinating campaigns from inception to completion in collaboration with our internal departments to ensure they fully implement their marketing plans to generate funds and promote the activities of St Giles.

 

You will work with the Senior Marketing Officer to devise, implement and report on campaigns that form part of the annual marketing calendar.

Essential

  • Proven experience as a marketing professional
  • Experience of brand guardianship
  • Knowledge and experience of campaign coordination and implementation

·       Experience of working with a broad range of organisational departments

·       Experience of working with third party suppliers

·       Knowledge of reporting and KPIs in a marketing role

·       Experience with Google Analytics and AdWords (PPC)

·       Possess knowledge of WordPress

·       Understanding of SEO

·       Experience with ecommerce

Desirable

  • A good understanding of the principles and practices of charity or not for profit organisations marketing activity
  • Experience of working in the third sector
  • Experience of working in a busy Marketing team
