Talent Acquisition (Curricular Internship)

As part of our HR Team, during this curricular internship you will get hands-on exposure to the recruitment cycle while contributing to real, impactful projects, supported by our Talent Acquisition Specialists. You will be:

• Reviewing spontaneous applications and providing structured, timely feedback to candidates
• Shadowing our Talent Acquisition Specialists across the recruitment process, including sitting in on interviews, to learn how each stage is run in practice
• Developing an intervention project: identifying a recruitment process with room for improvement and proposing (and helping implement) a solution
• Supporting candidate sourcing and CV screening for active roles
• Helping keep candidate and requisition data accurate and up to date in our ATS
• Contributing to employer branding initiatives, such as career page content and social media posts
• Assisting with recruitment reporting and the preparation of dashboards
• Participating in team meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions.

• Currently enrolled in a degree in Human Resources with eligibility to complete a curricular internship
• Interest in the Talent Acquisition area
• Curiosity about technology and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic tech environment
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and empathy with candidates
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple small tasks at once
• Comfortable working with data for basic reporting
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

• Any prior exposure to recruitment or HR (internship, student association, volunteer work)
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, ATS platforms, or social media for professional/branding use
• Basic awareness of GDPR and candidate data protection principles.
