Job Title:  Production Coordinator  

Contract:  Permanent, full time (35 hours per week) 

Salary/Benefits: £30,000-£32,500 per annum (dependent on experience), plus a comprehensive employee benefits package

Job Summary

London Film School is seeking a highly organised and proactive Production Coordinator to join London Filmworks, the professional training arm of the London Film School.


This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in film, creative education, events or production coordination who enjoys bringing projects to life. Working closely with the Head of New Business and Training, you will play a key role in delivering our year-round programme of short courses, summer schools, corporate training and international projects, ensuring every programme runs smoothly from planning through to completion.


You will be responsible for coordinating logistics, managing freelance tutors and event staff, overseeing venue bookings, supporting participants and clients, and ensuring the highest standards of delivery across all London Filmworks activities.


What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate the planning, scheduling and delivery of short courses, summer schools and training programmes.
  • Support the delivery of corporate training and international partnership projects.
  • Recruit, brief and coordinate freelance tutors, practitioners and casual staff.
  • Manage participant bookings, enquiries and communications throughout the learner journey.
  • Coordinate venue hire bookings and provide event-day support.
  • Ensure all programme logistics are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
  • Prepare and maintain operational records, enrolment data and programme reporting.
  • Support health and safety processes, including risk assessments and compliance requirements.
  • Build positive working relationships with tutors, clients, participants and internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with marketing colleagues to ensure course information remains accurate and up to date.
