The Backbone of Overnight Operations

As a Night Auditor , you'll be the essential force behind a seamless hotel experience during the night shift. You’ll blend the precision of accounting with the warmth of guest service, ensuring all nightly operations run smoothly while also providing exceptional service to late-night guests. From balancing financial reports to checking guests in and out, you’ll be the go-to person for everything after hours, ensuring a calm, efficient, and secure environment throughout the night.

What You'll Do

  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs with professionalism and a welcoming smile, ensuring they feel comfortable and taken care of, no matter the time.
  • Manage nightly financial and operational audits to ensure accuracy in the hotel’s billing and accounting systems, preparing reports for the next day.
  • Provide top-notch guest service by assisting with inquiries, offering recommendations, and resolving any guest concerns that arise during the night shift.
  • Ensure hotel security procedures are followed, handle administrative tasks, and communicate with the day team to keep everything aligned for a flawless transition
