We're hiring our first dedicated in-house Accountant for Paybis Poland — a high-impact, high-visibility role at a pivotal moment for the entity. Poland has historically relied on an outsourced accounting provider, and we're now bringing that function in-house while simultaneously preparing for an external statutory audit and managing the accounting wind-down of our Polish VASP (Virtual Asset Service Provider) activity, which ceased on 1 July 2026.
You'll be the person who owns the general ledger for Poland end to end: validating and remediating historical records, closing out 2024, 2025, and H1 2026, designing the cost-allocation and intercompany framework for the VASP wind-down, and building a monthly close process that runs independently going forward. This is a builder's role — you'll be creating structure, controls, and documentation largely from scratch, working closely with our Director of Finance, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, and Tax teams.
