At the forefront of innovation, we have seen the business grow into one of the country’s leading underfloor heating contractors/designers. The company was acquired by Cenergist Limited in 2022 whose endeavour is to continue the success and growth of the business.

As an Estimator, you’ll be the bridge between client dreams and project realities. Your expertise will shape accurate and competitive proposals, supporting our sales team and ensuring every project is primed for success. You’ll:

• Analyse plans and project documentation to estimate costs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Research, source, and negotiate the best prices for materials, transport, and labour.
• Assess risks, monitor costs, and ensure projects stay on track financially.
• Prepare and submit bids and quotations, contributing to the success of our tendering efforts.

We’re seeking someone who thrives on challenges and takes pride in meticulous planning and communication. Our ideal candidate has:

• Experience in estimating, surveying, or tendering, with a proven track record of success.
• A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Strong numeracy skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to analyse data effectively.
• The ability to read architectural drawings and transform them into actionable estimates.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
