ExpressCredit Lesotho is seeking a motivated and hands-on Sales & Operations Manager to oversee the performance and day-to-day activities of our branches, Call Center Agents, and Debt Collection Officers (currently a team of 20 employees). This role plays a key part in driving customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue growth through strong leadership and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations across branches, call center, and debt collection functions
- Lead, support, and coach a cross-functional team to meet performance targets
- Oversee sales activities, ensure quality customer service, and drive business growth
- Play key role in branch network expansion
- Track team KPIs and report on operational and sales performance
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments and alignment with company goals
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to strategic planning
