ExpressCredit Lesotho is seeking a motivated and hands-on Sales & Operations Manager to oversee the performance and day-to-day activities of our branches, Call Center Agents, and Debt Collection Officers (currently a team of 20 employees). This role plays a key part in driving customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue growth through strong leadership and execution.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage daily operations across branches, call center, and debt collection functions
  • Lead, support, and coach a cross-functional team to meet performance targets
  • Oversee sales activities, ensure quality customer service, and drive business growth
  • Play key role in branch network expansion
  • Track team KPIs and report on operational and sales performance
  • Ensure smooth coordination between departments and alignment with company goals
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to strategic planning


Requirements


  • 3+ years of experience in sales and operations within the financial services sector, including team supervision or leadership responsibilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of branch and call center operations
  • Experience in debt collection oversight would be considered as advantage
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and people management skills
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and results-driven
