Responsibilities

Specific responsibilities of the role include:

 

  • Provide tax and legal advice
  • Establishment of entities in Thailand
  • Applications with relevant government offices for business licenses and permits.
  • Corporate secretarial compliance
  • Providing advice and support relating to Thai labor law
  • Manage tax and legal engagements in an efficient manner and in compliance with quality and risk standards including ISQC1 and firm policies and procedures
  • Overseeing the work performed by senior tax consultants, including proactive coaching on the job
  • Personal development and growth of his/her team members
  • Awareness of opportunities for improvement internally and externally, and assistance in digital solutions
  • Support business development activities of directors and partners
  • Commence building a network internally and externally, and staying aware of industry trends


Qualification

Minimum

  • 4-8 years of experience in the relevant field
  • Licensed Thai lawyer
  • Fluent in Thai - spoken and written
  • Good English command, both spoken and written
  • Team player
