Description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator / Content Creator to launch the Marketing department of our group. Working across our growing organisation to promote the work we do across the theatre, events and entertainment industry.

The role will have great progression within the organisation.


Marketing

·     Researching, creating and scheduling posts / stories and reporting on social media accounts.

·     Create user-centric landing pages for the groups target audience.

·     Working closely with the management team to review and improve social media campaign.

·     Reviewing, managing and optimising Linkedin profiles.

·     Organising photography / testimonial of completed projects for our website and social pages and coordinating with the teams to gather ‘on the ground’ footage for use in Instagram stories.

·     Strategizing with the management team to create innovative campaign to boost interaction, grow our audience and improve community engagement.

·     Reviewing, manging and uploading content to website (projects, testimonials, journal entries).

·     Working closely with the management team to review and improve our paid SEO campaigns.

·     Managing and efficiently using marketing budgets.

 

General

·     Maintain excellent department archives.

·     To ensure the effective flow of information within, across the department and projects.

·     To always implement and track sustainability within the department and model best practice in terms of environmental responsibility.

·     Build and manage excellent relationships with external contractors and suppliers.

·     To engage and contribute meaningfully to development of Production Solutions Group and its subsidiaries Business Plan, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Action Plan and Sustainability Plan.

·     To maintain good relations with industry bodies representing the company’s interest within trade union negotiations or other environments in the sector.

·     To uphold and embody the Company’s policies, including but not limited to our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion policy, Dignity at Work policy and Health and Safety policy.

·     Any other reasonable duties that arise to fulfil the objectives of Production Solutions Group and its subsidiaries.

Requirements

Person Specification

Experience

Essential

·     Proven working experience within Marketing Departments.

·     Proven experience of managing internal and external teams.

·     Proven experience of marketing services and products within the entertainment industry.

·     Delivering high quality work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

·     Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and paid advertising.

·     Direct Response Marketing experience.

·     Ability to prioritise.

·     Ability to problem solve using a methodical approach.

·     Attention to detail.

 

Desirable

·     PR experience.

·     Experience in Adobe Suites

·     High level of competency using Microsoft Office Suite.

 

Skills

Essential

·     Highly organised, with strong attention to detail.

·     Proven ability to monitor, report and take steps to mitigate project risks.

·     Good written and verbal communications.

·     Good time management skills with ability to prioritise.

·     Works on own initiative, resourceful and able to troubleshoot.
