Position Summary

Your overall responsibility is to consistently deliver top notch service to guests at the bar and in the lounge area by providing prompt, engaging service and maintaining strong working knowledge of; all menu items, wine, beer, beverages, and daily features, while keeping with Delta brand standards.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Know standard and signature drink recipes, selection of beers, wines by the glass, and spirits
  • Prepare drinks accurately and quickly while maintaining a positive attitude and engaging guests seated at the bar
  • Become familiar with guest preferences of regular and returning guests, offering personalised service
  • Take and serve food orders and clear tables in the lounge area
  • Ensure the bar is fully stocked at the beginning and end of each shift
  • Ensure the bar area is clean and tidy and that glassware gets washed
  • Perform all duties in a professional, friendly manner and ensure our guests have an extraordinary dining experience by delivering Purposeful Service
  • Maintain proper condition and cleanliness of dining areas and servicing equipment.
  • Adhere to health & safety guidelines at all times
  • Adhere to all liquor laws and legislation
  • All other duties as assigned
