Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and effectively promoting our products and services.

As the first point of contact for all sales enquiries at the park, you will manage the complete holiday home sales process—from initial enquiry to post-sale follow-up—in line with the company’s growth strategy, operational standards, and legal requirements.


Duties


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities of Holiday Home sales through networking, inbound sales enquiries, and referrals.
  • Schedule and conduct viewings, providing clear and helpful information to prospective buyers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Utilise FLG (internal system) to manage customer interactions, track sales progress, and generate reports.
  • Complete all required sales and finance paperwork in accordance with company policy.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and network with potential clients.

Skills


  • Proven experience in sales or a related field is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • A self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
