We deal with a large number of vehicle-related claims and need someone who understands the intricacies of insurance processes—ideally from having worked within an insurer, broker, or accident management setting.


The Role

This is a newly created position offering the chance to shape and develop the role as the business continues to grow. You'll be central to managing and progressing insurance claims from our side—liaising with both insurers, loss adjusters, and internal teams to ensure swift and successful outcomes.


Responsibilities

· Handle and coordinate insurance claims related to vehicle incidents

· Act as a key liaison between our business and insurers/brokers

· Ensure accurate documentation and communication throughout the claims process

· Track claim progress and proactively chase updates

· Support our finance and fleet teams with insurance-related queries

· Help streamline our internal insurance procedures

Requirements

About You

· Previous experience in motor claims (ideally at an insurer, broker, or third-party

administrator)

· Strong understanding of vehicle claims processes and terminology

· Confident communicator with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

· Able to manage multiple tasks and keep claims moving forward efficiently

· Looking to apply your insurance knowledge within a commercial business setting
